Ethel was born in Argentina and moved to the United States with her family at the age of one.
She grew up in Southern California, primarily in Los Angeles County, and earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Law from Cal State Northridge. She joined the chamber to connect with the community she feels closest to. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and wants to see the Hispanic community grow. She aims to be a catalyst for that growth.
As the chamber's admin, Ethel enjoys helping the organization thrive and witnessing its positive impact on the Hispanic community and Solano County.
